
Nowadays,so many teenagers get stress in their young age. The percentage is so high that will not really good for their growth. It can make them hving disadvantages from stress such as become less confidence and also always thing negatively about anything.
Sometimes,it happens mostly because of changing school, adapt with new culture in their new school,culture shock in new area,can not manage their time, or their score in lesson is average or under average . The problem is not really hard problem. But actually,it is easy but they always think it is difficult to solve it.
We are going to share about how to prevent it. As a teenager,we do not want become always negative thinking or others. To prevent it,we can do our hobby.We can take control of our life and make it less painful.the important is communication with parent,friend and peer as well as support from environment.
In my conclusion,as a teenager we must be useful and always cheerful. We can do it and don't ever try to think this is difficult.
